Refund policy

Our return policy allows customers to return products purchased from Mike's Golf Shop for full store credit or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, less the cost of shipping.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when purchased, and proof of purchase is required.

To return a product, mail it to: 6228 Airpark Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed as full store credit or a refund to your original payment method, less the cost of shipping.
